ToolingUp provides free delivery on all orders over £150.00.
We strive to fulfill deliveries within 1-2 working days from the order placement. Whenever possible and subject to item availability, we go the extra mile to deliver the items as early as the next day.
A delivery charge of £4.99 + VAT will be applied for deliveries within UK Mainland areas with total values below £150.00.
Please note that for delivery to remote locations and offshore islands, there might be additional transit time, and in certain cases, extra delivery fees may apply. These locations include, but are not limited to, UK Highlands and Islands, UK Non Mainland, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We are proud to offer a comprehensive 14-day money-back guarantee on our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if for any reason you are not, you have the option to return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. This guarantee applies to all eligible products, giving you peace of mind and assurance when shopping with us.
As a consumer, you are protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This regulation grants you the legal right to cancel a Contract within a specific period. It is important to note that this right of return and refund is applicable to consumers only and does not apply to business customers.
During the relevant period, if you change your mind or decide not to receive or keep a Product for any reason, you have the option to cancel the Contract. Simply notify us of your decision to cancel, and we will provide a refund. If you require more information about your legal right to cancel the Contract, feel free to consult your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
